Invitation Letter
The Organizing Committee will be pleased to send an invitation letter upon request to the participants registered in the EUROCLAY 2023. Such a letter should only be intended as a help to get funds, not as a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support. Please send your request to euroclay@aipea.org.
Passport/Visa
Any foreign visitors wishing to enter the Italian Republic must have an Identity Card (UE citizens) or a valid passport (non-EU citizens). Someone may need a Visa before coming. Email euroclay@aipea.org to get a VISA support letter but please consult your local passport authority or Italian diplomatic representatives in your Country about information they need. Getting to Bari Airport
Several airlines fly to Bari, including low cost companies. Please visit the Airport web site for more information and book your flight early to get the ticket at the best price.
Getting to conference venue (Hotel Villa Romanazzi Carducci)
Arrival by planes. You can use taxi (flat rate: €25.00 – travel time: 20′), train (€5.00 – stop at Quintino Sella Station – travel time: 16′), or Airport Shuttle (€4.15; tickets can be purchased from the driver; travel time: 30′; arrival at Central Station)
Arrival by train or bus: stop at or near the Railway Central Station (Stazione Bari Centrale). You can get Hotel Villa Romanazzi Carducci by walking (Central Station: 13′; Quintino Sella Station: 7′).

SMOKING POLICY |
Smoking is banned in all indoor public places and in all workplaces. |
TIPPING |
In bars and restaurants service charge (servizio) is included in the bill. Tipping is not mandatory but is welcomed. |
TAXES |
VAT (value added tax; locally IVA) is normally included in the price of most goods and services. Generally the rate stands at 22% of the sale price. |
