An Editorial Processing Charge (EPC) of EUR35.00 (tax included) must be paid for each abstract and BEFORE submission. This fee includes also the publication of the extended abstracts (6 pages) in ProScience (ISSN: 2283-5954), an Open Access Conference Proceedings series.
Abstract length: ONE full page (citations included). It is not possible to include tables and figures in abstracts.
All presenters must be registered before 3rd May 2023.
The abstracts will be reviewed by the International Scientific Committee. Their selection and mode of presentation will be decided by the Scientific Committee and the Organising Committee. There is no guarantee that an oral preference can be realized.
Abstracts will be published in Scientific Research Abstracts (ISSN 2464-9147).
HOW TO SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT TO EUROCLAY2023
- Create an account. The system assign you your own conference Identification Number (ID). Payment of the conference fee is not required at this stage.
- Login to your account
- Pay the Abstract Processing Charge (click on Shop>Abstract Fee>Add to Chart>View Chart>Proceed to Check Out)
- Submit your Abstract (the form is in your account page).
